What's This?

Amalia Café is a delightful, open-air Spanish themed restaurant in historic downtown St. Thomas’ Palm Passage. Owner Maynard first developed his love of wholesome, delicious Spanish cuisine while working with Chef Francisco Sancho of Barcelona who became his mentor and friend. The menu is heavy on tapas, with favorite Spanish entrées and daily specials. The wine list offers a nicely priced selection of hard to find Spanish labels and they are a popular catering choice for island parties. Maynard and Helga’s other food business, Pita Express, delivers tasty, nutritious lunches to downtown shops and offices.
