Since opening its doors at the end of 2014 as part of the major redesign and transformation of the resort, Anchor & Den has moved from strength to strength, helping to change the foodie landscape in Cayman and revolutionizing the perception of hotel dining on the island. This month the restaurant unveiled its very own website to showcase its diverse menu, beautiful interior design and special events.
Anchor & Den boasts a beautiful yet comfortable space where guests and members of the local community can gather, relax and reconnect with friends and family. The diversity of its culinary offering is impressive and includes a Fresh Juice Bar, Gelato Stand, Creperie Station, Raw and Sushi Bar and Bomboneria.
Anchor & Den also features a series of very popular Specialty Nights and events such as El Milagro – Mexicano Street Food on Tuesdays, El Mercat – Nit De Tapes on Thursdays, Apothecary Happy Hour on Fridays, Mad Tea Party on Saturdays, Boulangerie Brunch on Sundays and last but not least the island’s only Dark Night event, taking place on the Friday closest to the New Moon every month.
