Las Brisas, Providenciales Turks and Caicos

Las Brisas Restaurant & Bar

Las Brisas means The Breezes and after visiting this stunning location, you will understand why. The owners, along with their daughter and her husband, have created a private oasis where you can not only enjoy their incredible menu but also spend the day enjoying all the watersports they have to offer. Located at the beginning of Chalk Sound, Las Brisas boast one of the best views on the South Side with the bluest water you’ll ever see.

The menu is inspired by this multicultural family whose recommendation is their signature dish, Paella, pictured above, but be sure to try the 100-year-old family secret recipe for Mediterranean Azorean stuffing which is featured in such dishes as the Stuffed Shrimp, Stuffed Lobster and Stuffed Fish. The menu is vast at Las Brisas, and they showcase the talents of their kitchen with each dish. Las Brisas is also a favorite of the locals and is usually the first place to entertain visitors.

There is something for everyone on Las Brisas’ menu; and meals can be ordered anyway you prefer — fried, grilled or roasted. They boast a fresh approach to all dishes and emphasize the majority of the seafood is locally caught and delivered daily; supporting our local fisherman. They also utilize fresh vegetables by farmers throughout the islands.

Las Brisas features the best mixologist in the country at their popular poolside bar and have an extensive array of affordable cocktails, as well as beer and wine. The sangria is a family recipe and can’t be missed, as well as signature mojitos.

Not only a dining destination, Las Brisas also offer a relaxing day on the water. There is a Pontoon Cruise, which departs several times throughout the day and takes you to an iguana island, snorkeling near vibrant reefs or even a plane wreck. You can also enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding on the Sound. Or relax by the pool and sip refreshing drinks while making new friends.

Don’t miss Las Brisas with the best view on the Sound and don’t forget your cameras because no one back home will believe the color of the water.
