On the Cayman Islands: Courtney Platt print exhibit “Now and Then” opening this Thursday 11 Oct. 6PM at the National Gallery

Dear friends,

I would like to personally invite you to the opening night of my new print exhibit at the National Gallery, 6PM this coming Thursday 11th October, 2012.  Although the show will be up for two months, it sure would be nice to see you all at the opening while I’m there if possible.

I have created a set of images utilizing archival photos and new photos shot from the same camera position, then blending them together to show two points in time from one point in space.  I think all Caymanians will appreciate seeing the time warp this creates and will have a great time reminiscing about the old times.
