The Rainbow Café

My girlfriend and I visited Grand Case on St. Maarten the other day and had a romantic lunch at the Rainbow Café.  The view is quite sensational and the food is something else.  I had the tuna tartare to start and followed it with succulent beef tenderloin.  I was told that the beef came from Argentina, and was certainly not surprised as it melted in my mouth.  My girlfriend did the opposite and started with the beef carpaccio and for her main, enjoyed a beautiful mahi-mahi filet.  We had a great time and the people working there were great value and a lot of fun.
