Places to eat on St Maarten – Spiga Restaurant

I went to Spiga with a couple friends, which is situated in Grand Case on St. Maarten.  Spiga’s has a great reputation and we wanted to put it to the test.  The Restaurant is very famous for it’s lobster ravioli and it certainly did not disappoint, when I had it as a starter.  It is easy to see why many will come from overseas to taste what is a close to culinary perfection as you can get.  I had the chicken for my main and it has to be the best that I have ever tasted. If you ever are on St.Maarten, you must visit Spiga and when you do, you will certainly know why I have nothing but great things to say.
