In a fun Caribbean cottage in Simpson Bay on St.Maarten, you will find Topper’s Restaurant and Bar. The steaks are superb and the Chicken Parmesan is as tender as can be. The wine list has some excellent French wines and to top it all – dessert. Homemade pies and rum cake to fill that last little bit of space with. Lamb or seafood, steak or pasta – it’s all on the menu.
