The Shore Club, the newest Turks and Caicos resort now under construction on Providenciales, will soon start construction on six luxury villas on Long Bay beach.
The Turks and Caicos villas are part of a master plan for the $100 million Shore Club that also consists of 38 beachfront condos in two low-rise buildings.
Each 8,600 square villa will feature six bedrooms, a private courtyard with swimming pool, grand entertaining spaces and an elevator that provides discreet access from an underground service area.
The villas will occupy a stunning stretch on 2.5 mile Long Bay Beach, which was ranked as one of the top 10 island beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveller.
Caribbean property buyers seeking the conveniences associated with condo living and the privileges and privacy of owning Caribbean villas will appreciate the design of the Shore Club villas, and the lifestyle that will come with being part of a luxury resort community.
Resort facilities will include three swimming pools, restaurants, retail stores, tennis courts, a spa and wellness centre, and meeting space. The Shore Club occupies nine acres of land and 820 linear feet of beachfront on Long Bay.
Condos are now under construction and will be ready for owner occupancy in early 2016. Condos start from $1.65 million and villas prices begin at $5.5 million.
