This week food lovers are invited to indulge in internationally inspired wine and food parings at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa’s Spanish Wine Dinner, taking place at the resort’s award-winning restaurant, Beach House on March 31. The six-course epicurean event will feature a selection of highly acclaimed Spanish wines from Parés Baltá and Jacques Scott Wines & Spirits, paired with local and sustainable food from the islands.

Executive Chef Sandy Tuason’s menu will tantalize taste buds and excite the biggest foodies, with options including Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Bacalao, Grilled Vegetable Gazpacho and Chorizo Crusted Seabass.
